How should be defined \u201caudience\u201d and how to count such audience is not clear and it is not clear whether it is possible to make correctly at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">If foreign mass media does not disclose its financial resources it will be blocked in Russia. Russian Ministry of justice (MOJ) would have authority to require relevant information from foreign mass media. First of all \u2013 the financial resources, in other words who gives money to mass media in order to broadcast in Russia. If foreign mass media ignores MOJ\u2019s request to report about its (business) activity in Russia, Russian Roskomnadzor will have authority to block such media in Russia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">One Russian senator also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rbc.ru\/society\/28\/06\/2017\/595385b29a794711752c1b31\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">proposed<\/a> to authorise MOJ to initiate and conduct its own investigations in order to reveal financial resources of mass media registered in Russia.
