The relevant provision of law has lost its force. This year it was proposed to repeal the \u201claw on bloggers in Russia\u201d. Under <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2017\/06\/it-was-proposed-to-repeal-the-law-on-bloggers-in-russia.html\">this law<\/a> Roskomnazdor has to maintain and monitor Internet on a subject of popular blogs.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bloggers can be popular than web-sites of mass media, therefore Russian government decided to control such activity, but not as a mass media.
