As it is declared, a special \u201cwhite list\u201d of web-sites will be created. This system would call National System of Internet-traffic filtration. Such system is provided in state agenda \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2017\/08\/the-new-program-for-russian-digital-economy-has-been-adopted.html\">Digital economy<\/a>\u201d. Currently the two options of its realisation are <a href=\"http:\/\/iz.ru\/627080\/natcionalnaia-sistema-filtratcii-internet-trafika-poiavitsia-v-rossii\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">considered<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the first option it could be traffic filtration only in educational institutions. The second option is traffic filtration for everybody in Russian internet at default. If the person would like to visit the \u201cdark side\u201d of the rest of the internet he or she should ask his or her internet service provider (ISP) to provide access to all internet addresses available in Russia.
