This September special commission should <\/a>decide who will collect private copying levy. Currently Russian Union of Right holders keeps accreditation to do it. 18th<\/sup> September in accordance with sub-item 4 item 1 article 1244 of Russian Civil Code (to exercise the right of authors, performers, producers of phonograms and audio-visual works to receive remuneration for reproduction of phonograms and audio-visual works for private purposes) will be appointed certain CMO to collect levy.
