In this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vesti.ru\/doc.html?id=3007427\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">interview<\/a> he has underlined that proposed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2018\/04\/russian-government-proposed-to-exhaust-usa-trademarks-rights-in-russia-as-the-answer-to-usa-sanctions.html\">draft law<\/a>, providing exhaustion of rights in trademarks owning or controlling by USA companies, enshrines tools for reciprocal actions. But these tools must be used very carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cWe should have arsenal for possible reciprocal actions. This draft law provides government with toolkit in order to implement such reciprocal actions if necessary. Certainly we will undertake those measures, which are in our interests. We will not harm ourselves; we will not implement any measures, which could harm our own industry, our competitiveness.\u201d \u2013 said Dvorkovich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The first reading of the law will take place on May 15. The deputy of minister of foreign affairs <a href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/sanctions\/20180418\/1518900946.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a> the draft law can be considered as soon as possible, \u201cin order to avoid delays\u201d, \u201cthe situation requires vigorous efforts,\u201d \u2013 he said. The speaker of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, promised that reciprocal measures, provided in draft law, will be \u201cpainful and sensitive\u201d for the countries the reciprocal measures are targeted to.
