This article provides penalties for non-compliance with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2017\/05\/new-draft-law-provides-regulation-for-messengers-like-viber-or-whatsapp-in-russia.html\">Russian law on messengers<\/a>. If messenger does not comply with rules in the country of its operation it can be imposed by fine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">For natural persons the fine is up to five thousand roubles, for officer the fine is up to fifty thousand roubles and for legal entity the fine is up to million.
