The rationale for such decision was the fact that sometimes the parties of case do not require it, or do not attend the court when it considers the case. Motivational part in court\u2019s decision explains why the court made its decision, which legal norms it has applied.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Supreme Court <a href=\"http:\/\/asozd2c.duma.gov.ru\/addwork\/scans.nsf\/ID\/A7E63603A969D8CD4325822D00376804\/$FILE\/383208-7_07022018_0121141031-1.pdf?OpenElement\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">proposed<\/a> to exclude motivational part from courts\u2019 decision for civil and administrative cases in order to streamline litigation. Currently the Supreme Court has changed its mind, and proposed to include some types of civil cases where the courts must reason their decisions.
