This proposal was made in annual Russian business book of complaints and proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The ombudsman assesses the quantity of wrongfully blocked IP addresses approximately in 15 mln. When Roskomnadzor wrongfully blocked a few million IP addresses it did not assess damages associated with wrong massive blockings.
