In order to make blocking faster and more effective, new idea to make Roskomnadzor\u2019s authority broader has been <a href=\"http:\/\/izvestia.ru\/news\/595285#ixzz3r37vCFPA\u200b\u200b\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">proposed<\/a>. Would it be better, if Roskomnadzor had authority to block domains worldwide without court order? Certainly it relates to domains in .ru and .\u0440\u0444 zones.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Such authority will be considered and discussed with participation of representatives from Russian ministry of communications, Roskomnadzor and Coordination center for TLD RU\/\u0420\u0424 (responsible for registration rules in .ru and .\u0440\u0444 zone).
