The claimant seeks almost 44 mln Roubles for damages. Formerly claimant worked in Veeam\u2019s Russian entity \u2013 \u201cIntervim\u201d. According to claim the claimant developed software \u201ceLearning Metadata Manager\u201d targeted to developers of content for online courses. In 2016 he quit and proposed his employer to conclude non-exclusive license agreement in order to allow employer to use developed software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">According to claimant, the employer accepted his offer, but he has not mentioned whether the license agreement has been concluded. But in 2017 the information on copyright disappeared from source code. Now this program is available at the domain administered by Veeam Software AG. And Amazon provides hosting services to Veeam Software AG. Claimant seeks 44 mln Roubles for deletion of information on his copyright and for infringement of his copyright.
