FAS has determined what is monopoly in Russian internet \u2013 in order to be considered as monopoly the market share of \u201cinterchangeable services\u201d must be more than 35%. But there is still no clarity what is market of \u201cinterchangeable services\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Different types of services can fall under the definition of \u201cinterchangeable services\u201d. But it is not online markets. The owner of online platform can\u2019t be considered as monopoly if the year revenue from such platform is less than 400 mln Roubles. Industry stakeholders are not sure who falls under new definition because the criterion for it is still discussed.
