The Russian ministry of communication (now it is Russian ministry of digital development, connectivity and mass communication) upholds this idea. The deputy of minister of communication said that criminal liability for re-posts and likes in social networks is to be overruled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">But what to do with people who already are in jail for reposts in social networks? According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2018\/07\/russian-kremlin-endorsed-repeal-of-criminal-penalties-for-reposts-in-internet.html\">deputies<\/a>, who proposed the law, the current article 282 in Russian criminal code has \u201coverly repressive skew\u201d and unreasonably overloads Russian system of criminal execution and Russian courts. Therefore the deputies proposed to impose a fine under this article.
