Exception is provided for app providing functioning of user\u2019s software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The producer can retain the app only if without such app the software and user\u2019s device would not be functioning properly, in other words the software producer can retain only irremovable \u201cservice app\u201d.
