According to his words, the Russian and Chinese mass media also face restrictions in disseminating of information. He believes it is time to think on cultivation of domestic alternatives to Twitter, Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp and other means of mass communication. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2018\/11\/restriction-of-access-to-web-resources-is-not-effective-in-russia.html\">The blockings are not effective<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cRussian and Chinese mass media, becoming more authoritative market players, inevitably face unfair competition, including by way of restricting dissemination of information or impugning truly information\u201d they provide to audience.
