In other words, only equipment, produced in Russia, can be exploited in order to keep all users\u2019 communications within certain period of time for enforcement purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">According to proposed regulation the communication operators can keep users\u2019 text, voice, video and visual communications only on those equipment for which they have special certificates confirming that such equipment has been produced in Russia. It could mean that very soon the personalities \u2013 the beneficiaries of Yarovaya law \u2013 can be known to the public.
