The proposal was aimed at Hollywood movies in order to secure more opportunities for Russian movies. Mincult was of opinion that such measure would have positive impact on Russian box office and movie industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">So in autumn last year the MinCult has published the proposed draft regulation. According to proposed regulation for one foreign it was prohibited to provide more than 35% of all available screening in cinema during one day. But this quota was in force for cinemas with more than one cinema hall, in a case of one hall the quota in 35% lasts during on month.
