This <a href=\"https:\/\/sozd.duma.gov.ru\/bill\/759897-7#bh_histras\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">draft law<\/a> provides creation of one database containing all information on each Russian citizen. There should be data on birth, name, basic documents confirming certain status of persons, relationships with other persons and estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Such base should be useful for taxation purposes, \u201cimproving state and municipal management\u201d and tracking the income and tax payment of natural persons. The Federal Taxation Service is authority responsible for building and maintaining such database.
