After meeting operator has found resources and blocked access to web-site.\u00a0Ampelonskiy also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.interfax.ru\/russia\/495135\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mentioned<\/a> there are legal means of anonymising, coding and compression of internet traffic what allows to use blocked resources. \u201cIn order to achieve 100% effectiveness it is necessary to develop current legislation, including rules, regulating filtration of traffic when compressive and cryptographic means are used\u201d \u2013 he said.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">But did Memdeved really visit Rutracker.org? In publication on Tjournal it was <a href=\"https:\/\/tjournal.ru\/23287-novostnoi-perepoloh-iz-za-nepravilnogo-adresa-domena-1-urovnya\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">supposed<\/a> Medvedev accessed Rutracker.ru, different torrent tracker.
