Universal claimed copyright infringement and requested 15,6 million roubles. Court <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/ru\/docs\/A56-79305-2014_20160302_vKontakte_v_Universal_Music_Russia_resolutive_part.pdf\">decision<\/a> can be appealed in the court on intellectual rights within two months following the day decision was made.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In case vKontakte v Warner Music UK Limited the court also denied claim. Warner owes 3000 roubles to vKontakte. Warner demanded to delete certain compositions from social network and 20,4 million roubles as a compensation. Under the court decision all compositions at issue will remain on social network, nobody will <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rbc.ru\/rbcfreenews\/56d807c39a79476ee0c585fc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">delete<\/a> them.
