It was Rutracker.org, now it is Rutracker.net. It still works. Domain. As <a href=\"http:\/\/izvestia.ru\/news\/608710\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">declared<\/a> Rutracker\u2019s \u201cadministration\u201d, the new launched website is official \u201cmirror\u201d of Rutracker.org. The \u201cnew\u201d website will work as usual and on continuing basis.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">As long as Russian legislation provides right holder only with opportunity to permanently block certain domain name within the territory of Russia, and it does not matter who will use blocked domain after \u201cpirates\u201d drop it, even for legal purposes, right holders have to launch everything from beginning with Rutracker.net. Again, again and again. With a time such practice can piss off right holders. They are almost in \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekuzu.com\/en\/2016\/03\/russian-roskomnadzor-developed-law-to-block-mirrors-of-pirate-web-sites.html\">right condition<\/a>\u201d. \u201cPirates\u201d just play with them. After blocking of one domain, two or three, a new five will appear. What about second level domain?<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Roskomnadzor considers this \u201cknight move\u201d with domain name as a first Aprils joke.
