Deputies from Russian state duma spend a lot of their time and resources to develop and promote legislative proposals in the best interests of their electors and don’t like when someone is so clever that plagiarizes results of their intellectual activity.
One deputy from Russian political party LDPR proposed to create an “Anti-Plagiarism” system. It must protect draft laws, developed by deputies of Russian state duma, from writing off. “Deputies from one fraction copy legislative drafts of deputies from other fractions. Organisations of higher education have implemented system, preventing plagiarism, long time ago. State duma also should think about implementation of similar system.”
