Russian minister of culture is not a partisan for Russian internet tax

According to Vedomosti, after closed meeting where the idea of internet tax was considered, Russian minister of culture Vladimir Medinsky stated he is not a partisan of Russian internet tax because he is not able to answer the certain questions concerning implementation of new law amendments. Besides, according to his words “if the new system of global licence will be adopted in unprotected way, it will adversely affect cinemas”. He’s also mentioned that the Russian minister of communication has more competence to deal with it. But the representative of Ministry of Culture only confirmed that the Ministry “will continue to discuss this issue”.
