Russian vice-premier believes foreign movies deserve to be in Russian market

Russian vice-premier Olga Golodez has stated that foreign and Russian movies should freely compete in Russian market. “I side with fair competition. Currently we have good outcomes”, – she said. She curates culture at Russian government.

What concerns the laws providing advantages for Russian movies she said that the work on developing such laws “is carrying constantly”. It means that producers and distributors of foreign movies, in mostly cases Hollywood movies, should not relax.
